the view was wonderful having breakfast on the canal. i loved the clean pool and friendly staff! the hotel location was great, very close to shops and restaurants on 5th ave south. it was easy to walk everywhere.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear noises from the hallway.

the hotel features ample parking spaces. the location is close to many restaurants and shops. the beds provided great comfort.
the showerhead offered very little water pressure. there was peeling paint on the walls near the air conditioner. i saw a hole in the wall, too.

the location was acceptable. it allowed for easy access to nearby areas.
the room i stayed in (a bay view king) had some significant drawbacks. the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, disrupting sleep. furthermore, the bathroom was quite small and felt dated, needing refurbishment.

The location was very convenient. I walked to many nearby places. The bar is right outside the lobby. It gave a great view of the area. All the staff was personable and friendly. They was like family.
The pool chairs looked worn. Some were saggy, not comfortable.

the deadbolt to the room door did not work, i found. the bathroom door also did not lock. i brought this up to the front desk.
